We use the driving time between your confirmed addresses and add a 10% travel-time buffer. Your car is normally scheduled to arrive around 15 minutes before the first departure. If you add extra pickup trips, we allow about 5 minutes loading at each repeat collection. We also allow time for the ceremony and photographs with the car; if you have a separate reception, the onward journey is included too.

It is a planning suggestion, not a fixed instruction. Some register offices and venues ask couples to arrive earlier for a meeting or formalities, so review the timing before requesting quotes and change it if your registrar, photographer, venue or ceremony needs longer.
