Cancellation Policy & Form
CORONAVIRUS UPDATE: We have updated our terms & conditions to allow the booking to be transferable to an alternative date – FREE OF CHARGE, if your wedding is postponed due to the Coronavirus pandemic, subject to availability and the payment schedule adhered to on the original booking.
We understand that a decision to cancel your wedding car booking will not have been taken lightly and there would have been a major change in circumstance that led to the decision. Our cancellation policy within our terms & conditions is clear and summarised below, the full policy can be read here.
- If you haven’t paid a deposit before cancelling, your booking can be cancelled without incurring a cancellation fee.
- If you have paid a deposit and you cancel more than 20 weeks from the booking date, you forfeit your deposit, but no further payment is due.
- If you have paid a deposit and you cancel between 20 weeks and 10 weeks from the wedding you are still required to pay the remainder of 50% of the total booking. e.g. if your booking is £400, you will have paid £100 deposit, a further £100 is due at the point of cancellation.
- If you have paid a deposit and you cancel less than 10 weeks from the wedding you are still required to pay the remainder of the total booking. e.g. if your booking is £400, you will have paid £100 deposit, a further £300 is due at the point of cancellation.
You should speak to your wedding insurance provider about the loss you have suffered if the circumstances that led to the cancellation were outside of your control.
