Placing Your Booking
Since your wedding car is an important part of your day (you want to arrive in style, after all!), you’ll want to book your vehicle as far in advance as possible. This will ensure your wedding car of choice is available on the date (and during the time slot) you require it for; we don’t want anyone to be disappointed, so we suggest making your enquiries as early as you can.
Take your time browsing our website, picking out the perfect car – you could select one that complements your personal taste, and the colour scheme of your wedding – and be sure you’re completely happy with your choice. Of course, all the cars we hire offer a First-Class experience for our brides and grooms, but there really are lots to choose from – so make sure you put aside an hour or two to have a good look through our site, mug of coffee in hand and notebook close by.

What You’ll Receive
When you choose a wedding car through The Wedding Car Hire People, you can get ready to enjoy transportation like no other. All bookings include an appropriately-dressed, professional chauffeur, and your vehicle will come complete with all the trimmings you’d expect – ribbons and rows included. We can customise the ribbons to your liking, too, as it’s our business to ensure your wedding car perfectly complements your wedding – and you!
The journey to and from your wedding will be as requested, too. You might want to head via an old family street, for example, or take a more scenic route to your venue – even if it is the longer way around. No worries; we’ll cater to your every need – it’s your wedding day, after all. Chat to us ahead of your booking to discuss the finer details, like your journey and venue location, and we’ll give you all the information you require.
Want some bubbly on your journey? No worries! But we should stress that you must provide this yourself; we don’t have an alcohol licence, which means we can’t serve our own in our cars. That said, if you bring a bottle, your chauffeur will be more than happy to serve it to you. Alternatively, we can supply you with plenty of non-alcoholic bubbly to ensure you can get some traditional, pre and post-wedding snaps in the car.
We’ll Get You to the Church on Time!
Rest assured that we’ll get you to the church (or your chosen venue) way ahead of time, should you wish! Typically, we arrive 15 minutes prior to the first departure time, to give you the peace of mind you need, as well as plenty of time to take photos next to the car. You’ll definitely want to get snap happy, too, since our cars are extremely photogenic!
Following with a pre-planned but flexible journey (agreed with you beforehand), we’ll wait at the ceremony for you to emerge as a married couple, before taking you to your reception. Once at your reception venue, we’ll stay for around 30 minutes to give you even more time for photographs.
In total, your booking will last between three and four hours, with our online wedding car hire ordering system stipulating four hours. Do be aware, though, that you can change the timings, which would therefore bring the price down slightly. We’ll make you aware of the costs from the outset, which means there will be no hidden charges and you can rest assured that your wedding car hire is another key item well and truly ticked off your to-do list!
